About Kensyo Den, Uesugi Shrine

♦The remarkable artistic handiwork foundation which passing down the history to the present day.
The trasure palace of Uesugi Shrine, founded on 1923.
Displays armers, furnishings, and relics of Kenshin maily. His favorite items are all unique such as cloisonne sake cup used on horse, or Haori (Japanese half-length coast) with ornamental design.
Among more than 1000 of his collections, there are several luxurious goods presented by Nobunaga or Hideyoshi. You can also see the relics of Lord Takayama here.
