Yunohama hot spring

Yunohama hot spring in Tsuruoka city faces the Sea of Japan, therefore known as a hot spring of seashore where you can hear the sound of ocean wave and breeze. Yunohawa hot spring was discovered in Tenki year (around 1053 - 1058) when a fisherman found turtle having a bath there. Yunohama hot spring is a spa town with about 20 hotels and Japanese style hotels.
There are many hotels serves fresh seafood of the Sea of Japan with beautiful view.
You can see the sandy beach stretch below where there will be crowded with people enjoying marine sports and sea bathing.

Imoni:One of the local dishes of Yamagata which beef soup and taro roots are boiled and seasoned together.
Soba:Buckwheat noodles.
Cold ramen:Yamagata is the birthplace for cold ramen; the chinese noodle.
